Vickie’s mother says she was singing before she was talking, and it’s still one of her favorite things to do. She loves jazz standards (Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, Harold Arlen), she loves smooth jazz (Sade, India Arie), she loves pop jazz (Norah Jones, Diana Krall), she loves bossa jazz (Eliane Elias, Astrud Gilberto) which she sings in Spanish, she loves bluesy jazz (Tracy Chapman, Bonnie Raitt) and she loves anything with a jazzy groove (Van Morrison, Bill Withers).

Vickie says “It’s pretty simple – if I love the song and I can put some kind of jazzy spin on it, I’ll sing it!”

She’ll also tear at your heart with classics like “Send In The Clowns”, “If” and “La Vie En Rose” (which she sings in French!).
