Smooth Jazz Piano
 Waterloo's Kevin Wideman received his degree in music from the University of Western Ontario (apparently they will give one to just about anyone). He also studied with Matt Michaels, the head of the jazz department at Wayne State University in Detroit, and with Toronto's Frank Falco.
Currently teaching highschool music at Southwood Secondary School in Cambridge (where the kids all adore him and rightly so), Kevin remembers fondly his days on the road, playing with Jeff Healey and Gene Hardy and opening for Rik Emmett and Randy Bachman. Still, he asserts that he likes playing with Vickie best.
